Economists critique candidates' proposed health plans

Healthcare economists recently critiqued the plans of the two presidential candidates, and revealed that John McCain’s health plan won’t lower the ranks of the uninsured population and Barack Obama’s plan fails to stop the rise of healthcare costs, AP/Yahoo News reports.
The economists’ critiques, published in the journal Health Affairs, highlight the disagreements over how to improve access to healthcare coverage, and explain the potential problems with each candidate’s plan.
