Since every hospital uses its commodities at a different velocity, it is truly an art and science to uncover where your best value analysis candidates are hidden. But that doesn’t mean you can’t do it.
In this first column in an ongoing series, it is my goal to teach you how to uncover your best value analysis
candidates with the best return on investments, and then show you how to investigate, analyze, and select the lowest cost alternative and implement these savings opportunities in 90, 180, or 270 days.
