GOT IDEAS?: PARC needs your help on second-quarter benchmarking report
Patient Financial Services Weekly Advisor, April 11, 2008
Need to know how you measure against your colleagues? Want to know if your results are on pace with industry standards? The Patient Access Resource Center is researching upcoming benchmarking report topics, and we need your help.
In our quest to provide you with the most relevant information possible, your suggestions are vital. What topics would be useful to you?
In the past few months, we have done benchmarking reports on:
- Self-pay patients
- A salary survey
- Registration accuracy rates
- Ed efficiency
To view those reports on PARC, click here.
Please send any suggestions my way for the next report, and we'll keep you posted on the results.
Sincerely, Dom Nicastro, Senior managing editor
