Implement a remediation plan
Try implementing a remediation plan using a SOAP format. SOAP stands for:
· Subjective evidence: Ask for perceptions from the resident in question, faculty, and other health care team members
· Objective evidence based on evaluations, test scores, other documented incidents
· Assessment of resident based on evidence
· Plan for resident based on assessment
