Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us are working from home in some capacity, and education administrators are no exception. There have been a lot of emotions during this new normal, and as we learn to adjust and cope—something education administrators are often called on to do—staying organized and focused is the biggest challenge. We hope to share some of the tips that we have learned along the way, as well as the voices of many other education administrators.
