This year’s National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) Match was the largest on record in many respects. More than 37,000 applicants actively participated in this year’s Match, an increase of over 1,000 from 2017. In fact, the increase in active participants from 2017 to 2018 was more than twice as much as from 2016 to 2017, which saw a jump of nearly 500 additional participants. Read more.
