Drexel University will team up with 12 institutions to raise the level of professionalism training in healthcare education thanks to a grant from the Josiah Macy Jr. Foundation. Drexel will use the grant to improve its existing online resource, ProfessionalFormation.org, which offers interactive modules to improve the teaching, learning, and assessing of professionalism. Once enhanced, the resource will be distributed to more than 30 healthcare education schools across the country.

The 12 institutions that will work with Drexel to improve the online resource are Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Commonwealth Medical College, Duquesne University, Indiana University, Jefferson College, Ohio State University, Southeastern Louisiana University, Stony Brook University, University of Pennsylvania, University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, and Western Michigan University School of Medicine.
