When we previously discussed post-interview reviews of letters of recommendation (LOR) and personal statements, instead of logistically unfeasible pre-interview reviews of them during the Electronic Residency Application Service season, we attempted to make the case for a comprehensive review of a smaller pool of interviewees as opposed to screening a much larger pool of applicants.
