The many different roles residency coordinators and administrators play bring about daily stress that can become overwhelming. Under such stress, even simple tasks can become burdensome without proper planning and management.

Join us on Thursday, May 19, at 1 PM ET for Survival Skills for Residency Coordinators and Administrators. During this 90-minute webcast, expert speaker Diana Davila, C-TAGME, will discuss strategies for prioritizing program coordinator daily duties, as well as how to balance these daily duties with long-term activities such as orientation and recruitment. She will also explain how to define the coordinator’s role in relation to staff members and residents and what to do when those boundaries are crossed.

At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:
•    Apply various strategies to improve time management skills
•    Develop a schedule that balances daily duties and annual activities
•    Understand the different roles coordinators play and the best way to communicate with others in the program
