It's that time of year again. Match Day is over and the excitement of adding new players to the team begins! This starts out with the daunting task of paperwork that includes setting up contracts, background checks, employment physicals, provider numbers, malpractice insurance, computer access, and pictures. Next are all of the little items that go with outfitting the new players such as badges, scrubs, cell phones, iPads™, and any other electronic devices your program uses for communication. Now you need to coordinate orientation!
