Dear readers,

This week’s edition of Residency Program Insider features a brief about a nationwide duty hour study. Recently the Journal of Graduate Medical Education published a study that reviewed the results of 27 duty hour studies and found the restrictions had no impact on patient care and resident wellness. I also recently wrote a duty hour study roundup for Residency Program Alert that found the reforms had little impact. If this topic interests you, check out the study and my article.

Thanks for reading!
