Partnership will create 550 new residency positions

The University of Central Florida (UCF) College of Medicine in Orlando and the hospital network Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) announced an expansion of their partnership that will create 550 residency slots in northern Florida. The partnership establish new residency and fellowship programs over the next five years with the intent of graduating 150 physicians a year. UCF and HCA previously partnered with the Orlando VA and Osceola Regional Medical Center in 2013 to establish an internal medicine residency program.
