I would like to introduce you to an innovative way that the Cleveland Clinic (CC) GME office has developed to manage the oversight of the institutional and program requirements as a result of transitioning into the Next Accreditation System (NAS). The Institutional Requirements Administrative Team (IRAT) is a functional workgroup of five GME personnel working together to ensure the ACGME accreditation requirements are met.
