Have you developed a form or tool that has made your job as a residency coordinator easier? Maybe it’s a calendar that helps you track important dates throughout the year or it’s an evaluation form that faculty actually enjoy filling out. It could be a policy or resident contract that you think hits all the marks. If you have tools that you want to share with fellow coordinators, HCPro wants to hear from you.
HCPro is currently working on a book that will compile the top forms and tools used by coordinators on a daily basis. According to the 2015 HCPro customer survey, two of the biggest challenges coordinators face are time management and paperwork management. This book will strive to chip away at both of those challenges by providing coordinators with forms they can implement in their programs.
If you are interested in participating in this book, contact editor Karen Kondilis by calling 978-624-4565 or emailing kkondilis@hcpro.com.
