Effortless ways to document program improvement efforts

There’s no need to drive yourself nuts trying to create complex processes for implementing and documenting program improvement. Instead, integrate program improvement into existing practices and meetings. Doing so enables program directors and coordinators to:

  • Document efforts easily
  • Keep residents, faculty, and program leaders on the same page to recognize the improvements made to the program
  • Satisfy the ACGME requirement for program evaluation and improvement
