Getting personal with the interview
Toni Haddad, general surgery residency program coordinator at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, submitted the following description of her program’s interview day.
“The interview process is almost like trying to select a marriage partner after one blind date. We generally interview anywhere from 15 to 22 applicants over four to five interview days for six categorical and one designated position.
