Evaluate program director performance to promote development and program success

Institutions can benefit from a standardized program director evaluation process. This allows GME office or faculty development professionals to better support program directors, achieve compliance with ACGME requirements, and track program performance across the institution.
Additionally, with the information gleaned from these evaluations, program directors will:
Understand the expectations of their role
Identify areas for personal growth
Improve weak areas of the program before a site visit
Compare their performance against a benchmark or their peers’
