Even with the stress of holidays behind us, there’s lit-tle rest for coordinators in the grip of interview season.
“January is the hardest month for me. I’m so tired of seeing new people. It can be really hard to keep moving forward,” says Diane Farineau, director of administration for GME and faculty affairs for the Department of Medicine at the University of Virginia Health System in Charlottesville.
