Our residents rotate through six hospitals during the course of a year. They only come together twice a year at the department orientation in June and again at mandatory group meetings organized by PGY year. Because of duty hour compliance issues, not all of our residents can even make it to our weekly Grand Rounds presentations. As any of you in a similar situation know, it’s hard to get an idea of how your residents are feeling and doing when they’re not right under your nose everyday. Click here to read more.
