Editor’s note: The February ACGME e-Bulletin outlined nine red flags commonly found during site visits. According to the ACGME, the presence of these red flags in your training program might cause site visitors and RRC reviewers to question the quality of your program and whether you are complying with requirements. This is the third article in a series offering strategies for spotting warning signs and fixing them before a site visit takes place. This month’s article tackles the red flag the ACGME calls “problems with resident recruitment and/or retention.”
