As a residency program administrator, sales are probably not your forte. Despite this, you’re still expected to sell your program or institution every year during the interview season.
Recruitment can be a difficult task, especially if one of the following situations applies to you:
- Your institution is in a lesser-known locale
- Your specialty is experiencing low interest among candidates
- You’re trying to recruit minorities underrepresented in medicine
