A committee of program directors, administrators, and residents will have the responsibility of assessing your program. The committee will:
- Survey residents and faculty about the program
- Interview the program director, faculty, and residents about the program
- Examine the program’s policies, curriculum, and evaluations
- Write a summary report covering the strengths and weaknesses of the program
