Patient Safety International enters South African market
Patient Safety Monitor: Global Edition, October 30, 2007
The Council for Health Service Accreditation of Southern Africa (COHSASA) will team up with Patient Safety International (PSI) to implement quality improvement in South African hospitals.
PSI's AIMS software, an interactive evidence-based management tool, will be distributed in South Africa by COHSASA. The software is designed to help improve patient safety by reducing medical errors.
