Rollback Malaria helps countries write Global Fund proposals to fight malaria
Patient Safety Monitor: Global Edition, June 26, 2007
Rollback Malaria, a partnership that brings together countries affected by malaria, recently brought more than 24 African countries together to complete the second of three steps in a campaign to improve the quality of each country's proposals to the Global Fund.
The two-day workshop focused on draft proposals and was attended by various organizations, including CDC, UNICEF, the World Bank and WHO, among others. Rollback Malaria hopes to decrease the burden of malaria by half before 2010.
