Patient Safety Monitor: Global Edition, June 15, 2007
Michael Leavitt, secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, is organizing a leadership forum on the topic of a possible influenza pandemic. As part of this forum, the Pandemic Flu Leadership Blog has been launched to give leaders a page to talk about their own ideas related to what leaders should be doing to prepare for an outbreak of this kind.
Recent topics include "the need to prepare," "my role as a leader," and "getting the job done."
