Patient Safety Monitor: Global Edition, December 25, 2007

Mann blames the lack of focus on patient safety as a reason for China's absence in the recent World Health Organization patient safety initiative.

Mann calls for an independent patient safety agency to coordinate safety initiatives and monitor quality.
