OSHA requires all staff to use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary to protect against exposures to hazardous or infectious substances. But many staff forego safety for the sake of comfort and convenience, which can lead to penalties if the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) comes knocking.
