Although some lecture is usually necessary when conducting a training activity, include learning methods that allow learners to actively participate. Here are some suggestions for involving your learners in the learning process through group activities.

Group activities are welcomed by all generations if they believe they will have fun while participating, though veterans may be a bit more hesitant. • Debate
  • Panel
  • Demonstrations and return demonstrations
