To help local students advance in their training, an Indiana hospital has made a sizeable donation to the School of Nursing at the University of Indianapolis.

St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital has donated 14 beds and bedside tables to the university's nursing lab. All students seeking an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in nursing will have access to the beds for training and development.

The old beds have been donated to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, an international Roman Catholic organization whose mission is to assist the poor and less fortunate.
