Use the Intranet to communicate and reach out

HCPro's Weekly Update on the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®*, February 6, 2007

Do you have an organization Intranet site that is a source of communication? Many organizations have such a site. Check with your Webmaster to see whether you can develop an ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®-designation site that can be reached by clicking an icon on the Intranet's opening page. Place questions and answers, important documents, and links to other resources (such as designation-related journal articles, if you have them available electronically) in one place for your staff. This feature is particularly useful if your facility is spread out geographically.

The questions and answers you post here can be used in a contest. You also can have a question of the week, with a way to submit answers to be placed into a drawing.
