Fishnet stockings and tight tops are just part of the regular nurse uniform for waitresses at the Heart Attack Grill in Tempe, AZ. The garb, in the opinion of the Baltimore-based Center for Nursing Advocacy (CNA), is garbage.

The CNA, an organization that monitors the image of nursing around the world, has started a letter writing campaign in hopes of putting an end to the suggestive attire. The feud between CNA President Sandy Summers and restaurant owner Jon Basso has escalated to an argument about first amendment rights. A large part of Basso's Web site is devoted to the feud, which he says in a Baltimore Sun article, has only helped improve business.

The CNA has focused its campaign on many other media organizations and groups in the past, including television shows such as "ER" and "Grey's Anatomy."
