In this case, it's okay if the patient dies.

A quick hit of the reset button brings everyone back to life in a new, interactive, 3-D video game that is changing the way nurses train at Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children in Virginia. The hospital is working with Rival Interactive, a gaming company based in Alexandria, to help nurses learn valuable skills in a safe environment. The hope is that patient safety will improve, as nurses are required to complete as many as 60 hours of training.

Rival Interactive has already created training games for the Department of Defense, according to The Fairfax County (VA) Times. The company hopes to continually develop the game, and turn it into something nurses can access at their stations for added convenience.
