Q: Can you suggest examples of evidence of the CNO's influence at the highest decision-making level for Force 2: Organizational structure?
A: Share examples of specific decisions demonstrating the CNO's influence in the organization to exemplify this Force. It is important to share multiple examples that vary in scope and setting. For example, if the CNO facilitated an organizational project or implemented a hospitalwide change, discuss it in this Force. It might be helpful to share several projects in a variety of stages over the past 12 to 18 months to reinforce the influence and power of the CNO.
