VA-based Inova Loudoun Hospital becomes fifth designated hospital in state
HCPro's Weekly Update on the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®*, May 23, 2006
Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, VA, recently became the state's fifth organization to earn ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® designation. Present during the call announcing the designation from the chair of the Commission on designation were senior executives, managers, nurse leaders, and staff. Loudoun's sister hospital, Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, VA, was one of the nation's first designated organizations. One hospital executive commends the organization for its achievement, citing that few communities have access to this level of excellence in quality care.
