Spread the word
HCPro's Weekly Update on the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®*, May 30, 2006
When you embark on the process to earn ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® designation, a crucial element of success is your ability to quickly spread the word. Employees at all levels, across the organization, must be informed about designation before they can offer support. Here are three ideas to do just that:
- Organize designation orientation for employees
- Create a core group to assist you in spreading the word about designation
- Promote your designation aspirations through newsletters
But information dissemination shouldn't stop there. Be sure to announce continuous progress and achievements throughout all phases of your journey.
