A timely task for the project director

The ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® project director needs to have a clear vision, a positive outlook, and an organized approach to each phase of the journey. Although the director will have many responsibilities, one of the first projects that he or she should lead is developing a timeline for document submission. The project director should base the timeline on the outcomes of the gap analysis and review it regularly using visual calendars to track individual or team progress.
