Culture clue: Create a support wall

To cultivate the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® culture and foster energy and enthusiasm at the American University of Beirut Medical Center located in Beirut, Lebanon-which is in the beginning stages of its journey-Rana Abdel Malak, BSN-RN, MS, project manager, nursing services, and other leaders are creating a "Designation support wall." The wall-mounted board is hung in a high traffic area of the hospital and any hospital staff or community member may post words of support for the journey.
