Diversify Force teams to provide best evidence

If you choose to approach the 14 Forces of Magnetism using multiple teams (e.g., assigning one team to each Force), invite as many members as you can to serve on these teams. The more people on your Force teams, the better data they'll collect for the application, says Barbara Wadsworth, RN, MSN, MBA, CNAA,BC, administrative nurse director at Abington (PA) Memorial Hospital. The idea is to share as many examples of nursing excellence and quality care as you can from across the organization-it doesn't matter how big or small your facility is, says Wadsworth.
