Show off those beautiful binders!
HCPro's Weekly Update on the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®*, May 10, 2005
The ANCC requires that you display your completed application for all to see. Why not bring your binders around the facility? Send out an organizationwide e-mail notifying staff that in the weeks following the application submission, the binders will rotate through each unit for a few days so everyone can review the written materials. Welcome their questions, comments, and concerns to get everyone involved!
