How to demonstrate cultural diversity in your application

An example of evidence to demonstrate cultural diversity under Force 11: Nurses as teachers, could be educational materials or discharge instructions in languages that represent the patient population that the hospital serves, says Barbara Wadsworth, RN, MSN, MBA, CNAA, administrative nurse director at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, PA. Also, hospital documents should show what other support systems are available to ensure quality patient care for patients who do not speak English.
