Guidelines for written submission

HCPro's Weekly Update on the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®*, August 9, 2005

According to the "frequently asked questions" page on the ANCC's program Web site, organizations may bind their written documentation to allow for easy handling, such as hard- or soft-cover books, or using a "sturdy spiral." Although the ANCC doesn't limit the number of volumes/books that organizations submit, the total height of the written documentation (not including the binding materials) cannot exceed 15 inches.

Editor's note: Please note that according to the ANCC's 2005 Magnet Recognition Program® Application Manual, using loose-leaf binders, rubber bands, metal rings, and paper clips for assembling written documentation is not acceptable.
