Last fall, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) in New York City successfully implemented University360, a Learning Management System provided by RWD Technologies (RWDT), into their e-Learning environment. The new in-house training system is available to 4,000 MSKCC employees whose training needs are critical and diverse. The facility's compliance department invests the most time in the online training, offering a myriad of courses on regulations that all employees must know. However, the system is flexible and expandable enough to meet the growing learning and training requirements throughout the facility, claims an official from the Training and Development department. The University360 system is user-friendly while providing a sophisticated reporting system.
