Nurses Once Again Named Most Trustworthy Profession

For the 17th year in a row, Gallup’s annual honesty and ethical standards poll has named nurses as the most trustworthy profession.
The Gallup poll shows that once again, 84% of respondents said they rate nurses’ ethical standards and honesty as "very high" or "high".
Healthcare professions took the second and third rankings, with medical doctors receiving a 67% positive rating and pharmacists receiving a 65% positive rating.
Rounding out the list, members of congress were rated lowest with a 58% "low" or "very low" rating.
