Nurse leaders and managers are making it a priority to get out of the office and enjoy some rest and relaxation this summer. According to our survey on StrategiesForNurseManagers.com, 93% of respondents say they are taking at least a week off as it's important they have time away from work to refresh and recharge.
Only 7% answered that they could never be away from work for that length of time.
