The Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) and healthcare providers all over the country will join together the week of October 10th through October 16th to celebrate and honor the skills and commitment of emergency nursing professionals who bring care and comfort to patients.
This year’s theme is “Emergency Nurses: Making a Difference Every Day”, The theme is a call to recognize emergency nurses who serve in clinical settings, as educators, flight nurses, or community volunteers.
The ENA also urges facilities to make this year’s Emergency Nurses Day (Wednesday, October 13th) and Emergency Nurses Week memorable by having a solid plan to inform the public about emergency nursing, and engaging in activities that will enhance visibility of the profession.
Visit the ENA website for more information.
