In the know: Budgeting exam time
Stressed Out Nurses Weekly, August 23, 2010
An often overlooked ingredient to successful test-taking is budgeting your time wisely. Most tests have a time limit, and if you don't keep tabs on the clock, you may run out of time.
Scan through the test when you receive it or give yourself an idea of the layout and difficulty of each section. Don't let yourself get stuck for too long on any one question. If you don't know, circle it and come back later. If you are waffling between two answers, go with your first instinct—it is usually correct.
