Q: What structure(s) and Process(es) enable nurses at all levels in your organization to participate in professional organizations at the local, state and national levels?
A: Here are some recommended items to include:
- Reimbursement of membership dues
- Payment of membership
- Paid time
- Access to resources i.e. speakers, conference rooms, etc.
- Paid travel and conference attendance
- Credit in our Clinical Advancement Program
- Self scheduling
