When it comes time to submit your written documents for review, be sure the document is easy to read and flows in a logical, organized manner.

To start, create an inclusive table of contents containing page numbers. According to the specifications, you need to use a common font, such as Arial, Courier, Garamond, or Times New Roman, in 12-point size. To decide which font to use, review the font that is used in your organization’s policies and procedures, meeting minutes, etc. This will ensure consistency across your narrative statements and exhibits.
