How can we collect the demographics needed for MRP designation?
The MRP application documents are in three separate and distinct parts:
1. The overview
2. The sources of evidence (SOE)
3. The demographics
Many hospitals applying for MRP designation tend to focus mainly on the overview documents and the SOEs, leaving the demographics as the last thing to be done. They are then shocked at the depth and breadth of information required for this electronic document. Too often, this leaves the MRP project director scrambling to get all the complex data together in time for the documentation submission date.
