In one of our recent blog posts on the Leaders' Lounge, we posted some time management tips for beating stress.
We know that everything comes down to time management. In the commotion of everyday life, it can be hard to remain calm, especially for busy nurse managers struggling to keep track of staff members and daily tasks.
Some site visitors commented on how much they enjoyed the post and even offered some helpful hints of their own!
Here are some of the comments:
"Great tips! It really helps to periodically take a step back and put things in perspective. Many times we make our stress worse by the negative 'stories' we tell ourselves about situations or people. Managing our thoughts goes a long way toward eliminating stress."
"I find that these great tips do reduce my stress and make me more effective. I have also found that ensuring that I do my priorities (most important tasks) in my prime time is also really beneficial."
